ESPN recently published a profile of professional waterwoman Candice Appleby. the article outlines not only her dominance on the SUP racing scene, but also her desire to give back and help foster the next generation of athletes in our sport.
We had a chance to meet Candice at the first Great Lakes SUP Classic in Holland a few years ago. Although she was busy, she was very gracious and took the time to talk with everyone...a great ambassador for SUP for sure.
